frequently asked questions

How can I book a class?
All bookings are done through MindBody. You can view the class schedule, reserve your spot, or purchase packages directly from the Schedule page on our website.
First time visiting? Simply create a MindBody account — it only takes seconds.
What should I bring to my first class?
Just yourself and comfortable workout attire! Grip socks are required for all reformer classes (you can bring your own or purchase a pair at the studio).
We provide all reformers, props, and sanitizing supplies — no need to bring a mat.
I’m a beginner. Which class should I start with?
We recommend starting with our Foundations class — it’s designed to help you learn proper alignment, breathing, and form in a supportive, small-group environment.
Once you feel more confident, you can explore our Form and Flow classes for more dynamic movement.
What’s the difference between Foundations, Form, Flow, and Burn?
Foundations: Focused on technique, stability, and building core strength.
Form: A blend of mobility and flexibility — perfect for deep stretching and posture improvement.
Flow: A smooth, breath-led sequence connecting strength and balance.
Burn / Sculpt: A faster-paced, strength-forward workout that tones and challenges your endurance.
Each class offers modifications for all levels.
What is the cancellation or reschedule policy?
We understand life happens! You can cancel or reschedule your class up to 24 hours before the start time through your MindBody account.
Cancellations made within 24 hours or no-shows will be charged as a session from your package.
