General Information
Urban Pilates Studio (“we,” “our,” “us”) provides Pilates classes, private sessions, and memberships both in-studio and online through our partner platform, Mindbody.
All bookings, payments, and account management are securely processed through Mindbody.
Classes, Packages, & Memberships
All classes, private sessions, and memberships are non-refundable, non-transferable, and expire according to the timeframe stated at the time of purchase.
Class availability may vary depending on schedule, instructor, and studio capacity.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes when necessary.
Gift cards, intro offers, and promotional packages are valid for a limited time and cannot be combined with other offers.
Cancellations & No-Shows
We understand that life happens. However, to keep our classes running smoothly:
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled class.
Late cancellations or no-shows will forfeit the class credit.
Clients arriving more than 5 minutes late may not be allowed to join for safety reasons and will still be charged for the class.
Repeated late cancellations may result in suspension of booking privileges.
Studio Etiquette
We value mindfulness and respect within our community. Please:
Arrive a few minutes early to settle in before class begins.
Silence your phone and store belongings neatly.
Wipe down your equipment after class.
Refrain from strong fragrances to ensure a comfortable environment for all.
Health & Safety
Your wellbeing is our top priority. By participating in our classes, you confirm that:
You are in good physical condition and able to safely engage in exercise.
You have disclosed any medical conditions, injuries, or limitations to your instructor prior to class.
You will stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort and notify your instructor.
We comply with all local health and safety regulations as required by Marco Island, Florida.
Liability Waiver
By attending any class, event, or session (in person or online), you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks of physical activity.
You agree to release and hold harmless Urban Pilates Studio, its owners, instructors, and affiliates from any and all claims of injury, illness, or damages resulting from participation.
This waiver is binding under Florida law and applies to all current and future visits.
Payments & Billing
All purchases are processed through Mindbody’s secure platform. We accept major credit cards and digital payment methods supported by Mindbody.
Prices are shown in USD and may be updated at any time.
Promotional pricing, memberships, or limited-time offers will be clearly indicated at purchase.
Founders Membership & Intro Offers
Our Founders Membership is a limited-time program available to the first 50 members who join.
This membership provides lifetime benefits, including exclusive discounts on classes, early access to booking, and special event privileges.
Introductory offers are one-time only and cannot be combined with memberships or other discounts.
Privacy
Your privacy matters to us. We collect and process personal data only as described in our Privacy Policy. We never sell or share your personal information and follow all applicable data protection laws.
Intellectual Property
All website content — including text, graphics, photos, and branding — is the property of Urban Pilates Studio. You may not reproduce or use any materials without prior written consent.
